At any time we may change the details of this website including prices, information and terms & conditions. If these changes affect your order in any way, you have the right to cancel it.

Product pictures and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may not be exact.

Prices include postage & packing. We only deliver to UK addresses. If the prices are amended between order and despatch, we will notify you by email, and you have the right to cancel your order.

Pretty Jewellery.co.uk is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card via Paypals secure site. Refunds will also be processed through Paypal onto the same card.

10% discount applies when you buy two items or more. Order the items in the normal way and the discount will be calculated and deducted in the basket. A gift boxed item is classed as one item.

If you wish to request a remake of an out of stock item, click on the 'Request Remake' link which will be displayed below the larger picture of the item. After checking availability of chain and beads required, we will email you with the details of availability. You will be notified by email when the item is ready for despatch, including a picture of the finished item, the price of the item, and a link to buy via Paypals secure site. You will be given 7 days from when the email is sent to purchase the item before it is added to normal website stock.

When we use the words 'gold' 'silver' 'copper' or 'bronze', these are colour references and not descriptions of precious metals.

Our jewellery is made from a variety of different components including semi-precious, glass, shell, crystal, wood, metal and plastic beads, gold plated and silver plated jewellery findings. All components have been bought in the EU and so should therefore meet EU rules on nickel amounts in costume jewellery, which are minimal. Most people have no reaction to jewellery containing small amounts of nickel.

Our jewellery is not suitable for children under 3 years old due to such small components.
