DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders the same or next day as orders are placed. Items are sent free of charge by first class post, within the UK, which usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
Orders paid for by cheque/postal order will be posted after payment has cleared.
Made to order items will be despatched, after payment of completed items, free of charge by first class post, within the UK, or if requested by recorded/special delivery at an additional cost.
Most jewellery items are made singularly, although they may be made again. The website should show an item available to buy or out of stock. In the unlikely event that a jewellery item is found to be out of stock at time of despatch, we will inform you by email.
Returns
If returning items due to goods being incorrect, faulty or damaged, you will receive a full refund including return postage costs. In all other cases, items will be refunded excluding your return postage costs.
All refunds will be credited back via Paypal to the card you orginally used to purchase the item.
Refunds can only be processed within 60 days of ordering.
Earrings can be returned. Any earrings that are returned will have the posts/hooks replaced by new ones, and the old ones destroyed.
